The pause and the free week end when the sale is firm. You still have the full 8 weeks you paid for, and we schedule removal within seven days after the term ends.

No. It applies automatically if the home hasn't sold firm by the end of the term. Just let us know as soon as the sale goes firm.

Stage Through the Holidays applies to installs between November 2 and December 18, 2026, with the agreement signed and deposit received by December 11, 2026. Includes an 8-week staging term. The rental term pauses from December 20, 2026 to January 4, 2027 inclusive. If there is no firm sale by the end of the term, Kelly Allan Design extends the rental by 1 week at no charge, once per property. A firm sale ends the holiday pause and the free week but does not shorten the 8-week term. Standard 25% deposit applies. Prices plus HST. Not combinable with other offers. Full terms are in the Kelly Allan Design Home Staging Services Agreement.
