We provide fixed-price quotes for every project. Most condo stagings run $2,500 to $4,500. Detached homes range from $3,500 to $8,000 depending on size and rooms staged. Occupied staging starts lower. The quote you receive is the amount on the invoice, no additions after we have loaded the truck.

We do. Standard packages include a 30-day rental period. We coordinate removal directly with you or your client once the sale closes. If closing is delayed, extensions are available on a monthly basis. Your client does not need to manage any part of the removal process.

Yes. We operate within a 30km radius of our central Toronto warehouse, covering Toronto, North York, Scarborough, East York, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa. If your listing is outside this area, contact us and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.

Extensions are available on a monthly basis. Most well-priced, professionally staged listings sell within the standard 30-day period. If additional time is needed, we work with you and your client to arrange an extension at a straightforward monthly rate.
